Requesting Revisions

To request a revision, make sure your instructions are clear and don't contradict your original order. You can submit a revision request by clicking the "Send for revision" button in your account. If you can't see the document clearly, contact our customer support team for help. If you've already approved the order but still need a revision, you should contact customer support and provide them with clear instructions and a timeframe for the revision.

Revision Timeframes

You can request a revision before you approve the order, or within 10 days of approving it (14 days if your order is more than 20 pages). If your first draft was delivered on time, we consider your order to be delivered on time.

Additional Revisions

If your instructions don't meet our guidelines or if you've already used your three free revisions, you'll need to place a new order for editing/proofreading and provide clear instructions for the changes you need.

Final Approval

Once we upload the final version of your revised document to your account, you have 14 days to approve it. After that, the order is automatically approved.
